• Upload genuine and appropriate educational resources.
• Provide respectful and constructive remarks and feedback.
• Avoid uploading confidential or unnecessary personal information about students.
• Use student information only for legitimate educational purposes.
• Respect the privacy and safety of students.

5. Parent Responsibilities

Parents using Eduvanta's parent dashboard are responsible for using student information appropriately.

• Monitor student activity responsibly.
• Maintain the confidentiality of parent account credentials.
• Use student progress information only for appropriate educational and parenting purposes.
• Ensure that account information provided for linking students is accurate.

6. Educational Content

Eduvanta provides educational tools, resources, explanations, quizzes, summaries, progress tracking, and other learning assistance. Educational content should be used as a learning aid and should not be considered a replacement for qualified teachers, official textbooks, school instructions, or other authoritative educational resources.

7. AI-Generated Content

Eduvanta uses Artificial Intelligence to generate certain educational responses, explanations, quizzes, summaries, and learning assistance.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, incomplete information, or errors. Users should verify important academic information using reliable educational sources or guidance from teachers and qualified educators.

8. Intellectual Property

The Eduvanta name, branding, logo, software, website design, original platform content, and related intellectual property are owned by Eduvanta or its respective licensors, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Eduvanta's proprietary platform or branding without appropriate authorization.

9. User-Submitted Content

Users may upload certain content such as notes, assignments, resources, remarks, or other educational materials. Users are responsible for ensuring that content they upload does not violate applicable laws, third-party rights, copyrights, privacy rights, or these Terms.
